During checkout, you will be presented with various shipping options, each with an estimated delivery date. These dates are generated by the shipping method you select and are subject to change. Please note that they do not include processing times and are only estimates. If you need your order by a specific date or time, please contact us to confirm when it will be processed and ready to ship.
We do our best to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner, but please note that we cannot control issues with the carrier and are unable to refund shipping costs if the package does not arrive by the estimated delivery time or if it is lost due to a carrier issue.
For international shipments, please be aware that our shipping rates do not include any duties, taxes, import or brokerage fees that may be due upon delivery. Buyers are responsible for paying these fees, which may vary by country. We cannot declare a lesser value on international shipments for customs purposes.
