Return Policy
GammaCure is dedicated to customer satisfaction and offers a comprehensive return and warranty policy for all of its products. Our 30-day return policy allows customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including tags and packaging, and must not show signs of being dropped or user error. Customers must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return.
To start the return process, customers should contact our customer support team at support@gammacure.com. We will provide instructions on how to properly package and ship the item back to us. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In addition to our return policy, we also offer a 1-year warranty for repairs or defects on all of our products. If an issue arises with your product within the first year of purchase, please contact our customer support team to begin the warranty process.
Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, are not eligible for return. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. International buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, taxes, and duties.
